  1. Shipping & Delivery 

We ship all over India from our warehouse in Ranipet via Bluedart or regional courier services. We endeavor to dispatch your order within 2 business days, however due to unforeseen circumstances, the dispatch of your order can take up to 7 business days. You will be intimated via email upon dispatch of the order. Once the order is dispatched, it normally takes 2-5 business days for delivery. Unforeseen circumstances on the logistics provider’s end may cause delays for which BBK Leather Pvt Ltd is not liable.

1.1 Shipping Charge - We will charge a nominal shipping fee to all orders being shipped. The rates vary depending on the location. Please click here to check the shipping rate to your location. 

Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. We will take no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person other than the person ordering the product at the address indicated at the time of the order. Since the cardholder authorizes the transactions, we do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses provided at the time of placing the order. 

  1. Shortages

All claims for shortages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery through email to cs@aviv.in We request our customer to check for shortages on receipt, also the said shortage of goods needs be highlighted and signed on the Proof of Delivery copy and returned to the delivery person. 

  1. Returns

It is our endeavor to provide you with the best customer service possible hence we permit returns and exchanges within 7 business days of receiving the package but only incase of the following reasons. No other requests will be entertained aside from those mentioned below.

1) Size Mis-match

2) Wrong product received

3) Damaged product received 

You need to inform us within 24 hours of receiving the package on cs@aviv.in, else the goods will be considered sold and no further requests will be entertained.

Shipping charge – We take the returns on our account and the shipment will be collected form you.

Items should be returned in the original condition you had received them. Please understand that we cannot accept returns under the following instances

  1. Damages due to misuse of product
  2. Products with tampered or missing serial numbers or labels
  3. Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, original invoice and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.

After inspection, we will confirm whether the merchandise is in acceptable condition or not. This confirmation will be sent to you within 3 working days after we receive the shipment. Upon confirmation, as per the return policy, we will refund your amount via the same channel with which you made the payment.

4.Exchange & Replacements

We accept to exchange and replace if you ordered wrong size. In this event the customer has to ship the shoe at their cost to us with 48 hours from receipt of the shoe and has to informed with in 24 hours via email to cs@aviv.in

Items should be returned in the original condition you had received them. Please understand that we cannot accept returns under the following instances

After inspection, we will confirm whether the merchandise is in acceptable condition or not. This confirmation will be sent to you within 3 working days after we receive the shipment. Upon confirmation, we will inform you the shipment date for the replaced shoe. We will ship at our cost. 

  1. Manufacturing Defects 

We give 60 days guarantee for our shoes. We ship the products after stringent quality checks; apologies if we have shipped damaged products. Damages that are considered are delamination of sole, breakage of upper material or sole. Only these damages will be accepted and has to be reported..

Please note that leather being a natural product; irregularities in structure and color are common. This can’t be accepted as damages. Special textures on the surface of the materials and “used” looks are fashion aspects.

Small open spots on sole are characteristics of PU material and this can’t be considered as damages / defects. 

  1. Cancellation Policy

Product once ordered can’t be cancelled. We ship from out stock and thus we can’t cancel the order.
